BOOKING CONDITIONS

All hotels with hyperlinks to their respective websites will handle all enquiries and bookings directly. This means at all times you are dealing directly with the reservation department of that respective hotel.

Bali Paradise Online has also negotiated via a third party to list many other popular hotels and this is presented as a listing with an idea of pricing. All these enquiries and bookings will be handled by our online travel partners.

One night accommodation will be required upon confirmation of booking and then balance due 7 days prior to date of arrival. If date of travel is less than 7 days, then full payment is required upon confirmation of booking.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation fees will be levied in accordance with charges imposed by hotels and associated transportation services. All hotels charge a minimum of one night rate for no-shows or late cancellations.

Cancellation fee will be charged if canceled within :
2 days (48 hours) of arrival  5th January - 30th June & 1st September - 19 December.
4 days of arrival in  1st July - 31st  August.
7 days of arrival between 20th December - 5th January.

No refunds will be made in respect of accommodation, meals, or any other services not utilized after the tour has commenced.
